Mediation has been used time and again to help organisations deal with situations in which there are clashes between individuals. Many uncomfortable  situations in the workplace may be resolved more effectively using external mediators, who are naturally seen by those involved as unbiased.

Mediation requires expertise, experience and understanding in order to allow the individuals involved to work through the difficulties in their relationship, move towards resolution and reach agreement in the way forward.
