Employee Engagement

Employee engagement is an idea that is increasingly becoming part of management thinking.

From the employee’s perspective being ‘engaged’ is an internal state combining physical, mental and emotional elements that align with the employer’s desire for work effort and organisational commitment. The result is job satisfaction and at its best a state of ‘flow’, which combines high challenge and high skill in a task that the individual actually enjoys and is absorbed in.

For employers, finding ways to engage their employees in ways that see them in ‘flow’ much of the time is a skill and one that we are able to help you to develop.
