One to one coaching is by far the most popular form of coaching that we engage in, on a variety of subjects, from leadership to resilience; from achieving audacious life goals to transformational change; from emotional intelligence to improving important relationships.
Our coaches are all trained and qualified in coaching to masters degree level and have at least five years experience of executive coaching. This benchmark offers you an assurance that any coaching that we provide will be of the highest quality. All of our coaches also undertake regular one to one supervision from a qualified supervisor.
What the experience and qualifications don’t tell you is what our coaching approach is. So here goes: –
We have an integrative and emergent approach to coaching.
Integrative, in that we’ve studied and have experience of using a wide range of coaching approaches that suit different people at different times.
We integrate all of the models that we’ve studied, drawing on all that we’ve learned, and continue to learn, and use that learning to great effect with our clients.
Emergent, in that our coaching is led by you. We’ll walk alongside you on your journey but it’s your journey. New thoughts will emerge; new possibilities will occur to you; new options will emerge for you to choose from. We’ll work with what emerges.
Coaching, when performed well, is about empowering you to achieve change and transformation in whatever form you wish to see. We don’t have the power to motivate you and we don’t have the desire to hold you accountable; we’re not your parents.
The power of our coaching comes from the increased awareness and deep understanding you will gain of yourself, and your potential future, as we generate new thinking together. It is that awareness and understanding that will provide you with the motivation to work towards well-formed outcomes and achieve what it is you set your sights on.
We work face to face and via video-conferencing services such as Skype and Zoom, so geography doesn’t present a barrier to working with me.
